Error on Dell Optiplex 7010

Hi after re-imaging a workstation I am getting the following error.  several other identical workstations got the same image but they are all fine.  Is it just a BIOS update required?

Optiplex Micro 7110  / SID:0x0BE5 / RaptorLake_S
