I need help case swapping my Optiplex
I have a SFF Dell Optiplex, I wanted to add a GPU, But it would have to be a 1 slot card or else it will not work because the case size. Where can I buy an Optiplex Mid Tower Case, but just the case and I also need it to support a normal ATX PSU.

I know of a few on eBay. But most of them are weird and suspicious. So, I don't recommend doing that.

If the SFF is Optiplex 9020/7020 or 9010/7010 or 790, you can swap motherboard to MT case with a few caveats.

Alternatively these SFF board can swap to Inspiron 3847 MT case or XPS 8500/8700 case.
but the older SFF such as 780 or newer such as 7040 or above are not good for case swap

@redxps630 I have a OptiPlex 3070 SFF, I want the same modern case just as a midtower.

unfortunately it would not work. 3070 SFF motherboard is proprietary and would not install in standard midtower case.

your option include install Dell psu outside case so you can install a dual slot gpu inside case.
