I need help
So my dell optiplex 3010 Mt has a full amber light me and my dad have tried everything ram drives gpu and then the next day like we tested the old PSU and it worked but the scarey thing is we think we know that the PSU works so I just wanted some things to fix or someone to help me please I need this

Have you tried replacing the CMOS battery, after all that is a rather old system. Before replacing the battery leave the old battery out of the system for 15 minutes and then install a brand new recently purchased new battery (not one laying around in a drawer).
