Installing windows 7 OS to OptiPlex 5070
Hello. Please help me to install Windows 7 OS (any version) to Dell OptiPlex 5070 (exactly this model).
I have been trying various different methods for several days. Unfortunately unsuccessful.
I'll appreciate any good solutions (this is very vital to me), thanks!

What type of hard drive are you using, and what method of OS installation are you using? Need more details to try to assist.

So, just to be clear, you are saying you are attempting to install an unofficial Windows 7 image downloaded from the internet, and it's not working correctly?

Even if the 5070 could take Win7, it would need to be 64-bit. Best bet would've been to buy a Win7 DVD unless you don't have a DVD drive. Win7 is not one of the supported operating systems according to the Optiplex 5070 Spec Sheet.

5070 is Class 3 bios No legacy No MBR windows 10 64 bit only
On January 14, 2020, Dell and Microsoft stopped supporting Windows 7.
Microsoft has enforced NO MORE CSM, No more MBR, no more 32 bit and no more windows 7 or 8 etc.
Every vendor is enforcing this. No more 32 bit NVIDIA ATI INTEL, Qualcomm. etc Drivers.
No more windows 7 or 8 drivers
No more MSDOS VESA or NTVDM extensions or support.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/compatibility/ntvdm-and-16-bit-app-support
NTVDM, or the NT Virtual DOS Machine, is a system component introduced in 1993 for all IA-32 editions of the Windows NT family (not included with 64-bit versions of the OS). This component allows the execution of 16-bit Windows applications on 32-bit Windows operating systems, as well as the execution of both 16-bit and 32-bit DOS applications. The Windows NT 32-bit user-mode executable that is the basis for a single DOS (or Windows 3.x) environment is called ntvdm.exe.
past skylake Optiplex 5040 there is no more legacy booting or mbr or any not WHQL drivers or bios or hardware etc.
