Issue
My Dell Optilex 9020 Sff is currently having Pentium G3220 as a cpu.Recently i tried replacing it with a i3 4160 but it doesn't run. Although the fan ran very loudly and the power button flashed yellow signal.What should i do?

try replace cmos battery w a new one
then clear cmos by motherboard RTCRST jumper
