Keyboard and Mouse

My keyboard when i start my pc works but just as the pc goes into the sign in screen it stops working. It only works when i tilt the screen (tablet mode). When i return to the normal mode it stops working. And the mouse doesnt work unless i close the laptop lid. i really dont get it. i have updated my drivers, reseted my pc more than once, replaced my ram but im still getting the same error
