OptiPlex 3070 Small Form Factor
Keyboard wakes computer on keypress despite shutdown through O/S.
I do not have fast start-up selected in O/S.

Oh Yes, that's it!
It's always the way, the one setting I had missed. Great thank you. It now stays off when closed.
