message Alert! failed to detect one or more drivers during POST.

i have dell optiplex 780 which was working perfectly fine, suddenly the device stopped working and when ever i try to start it up, it shows me this message:
Drive 0 not found: serial ATA, SATA-0
Drive 2 not found: serial ATA, SATA-2
Alert! Failed to detect one or more drives during POST.
Strike the F1 key to continue , F2 to run the setup utility , press F5 to run onboard diagnostics

when trying press any of the f keys, nothing happens so i thought there some thing wrong with my keyboard but i tried with another two different keyboards but it still no key is working.

also when i tried Pressing when the Dell™ logo appears to initiate a one-time boot menu, after the menu appears all keys will not respond again.

It sounds like there may be an issue with your hard drive or the hard drive controller on the motherboard. The message "Drive 0 not found: serial ATA, SATA-0" and "Drive 2 not found: serial ATA, SATA-2" suggests that the computer is unable to detect the hard drives during the power-on self-test (POST). This could be caused by a failed hard drive, a loose cable connection or a malfunctioning hard drive controller.

It's also possible that the issue is related to the BIOS. Try to update your BIOS to the latest version available on Dell's website.

Additionally, you can try to boot the computer in safe mode or boot from a bootable CD or USB drive and run diagnostic tests to check the hard drive and the motherboard.

You could also try to disconnect the hard drive and then reconnect it, or try a different hard drive to see if the problem is with the drive or the controller.

If none of these steps work, it's highly likely that it's a hardware failure and you should consider taking the device to a professional technician to check the hardware, or contact Dell support for further assistance.

Although it is missing a key factor, time-of-day not set, it could be that the computer battery is dead and a recent power outage or power disruption had caused the BIOS to reset itself.  It won't hurt if you try a simple maintenance by replacing the coin cell battery, it doesn't cost much.

If you can get access to BIOS settings again, update to enable, disable the devices to match with your hardware setup.  Here is the service guide for your system https://downloads.dell.com/manuals/all-products/esuprt_desktop/esuprt_optiplex_desktop/optiplex-780_service%20manual2_en-us.pdf

"also when i tried Pressing when the Dell™ logo appears to initiate a one-time boot menu, after the menu appears all keys will not respond again."

No waiting for Dell logo or keyboard light before pressing F2 or F12.  Press repeatedly immediately upon powering on.  If you go into the F12 Boot Menu (and hopefully diagnostics), does it give you the option to run diagnostics?
