Monitor Displays only Backlight ( with GPU )

I have an Optiplex 790 SFF. The problem started when my monitor suddenly crashed out, like it displayed red and green lines and I heard something before it shut-down. Unfortunately, when I turned it on again, it only displays the backlight. However, it still boots up to Windows, I tried it and played spotify ( I got to spotify using keyboard only without display ). The GPU I have is a GT-1030, and also before it boots up, the LED Lights always displays a 1 and 2 together for a good 30 secs before going to Windows, and it's different if I only use integrated graphics which would display blinking 1 and 3's then boot up normally. Does anyone know any fix for this?
