Hi,can you tell me this video card(ZOTAC GeForce GT 1030 2GB GDDR5 64-bit PCIe 3.0 DirectX 12 HDCP Ready Low Profile Video Card ZT-P10300A-10L ) is capable with with Dell Optiplex 7010 Tower Desktop Computer i5 3470 16GB 1TB HDD Windows 10 ??? Why monitor is black when I install this video card to motherboard??

definite compatible.  something else is causing no video.  as always check video cable connection and monitor setting.  needless to say connect video cable to new video card not the integrated video port.  does not hurt to test the new card in a different pc using same cable and monitor to verify.
