No os found for optiplex

I have a optiplex desktop that has given me an error code of 4C00:0522 ,it just lfailed to load  this morning after I accidentally removed a flash drive i was making for my laptop not remembering to  chk to see ifbit was safe to remove it .I have tried to boot from the flash drive i made for my laptop but was told it failed in trying to load. I would apprec any help offered ,  tia(thanks in advance)
