Num Lock, Insert and Caps Lock keep turning off

My num lock, caps lock and insert keep toggling off and on. Its not connected to my keyboard. I have tried switching out to a wireless and a wired keyboard. Also tried updating the BIOS and ran all updates. This just started happening last Monday. Was having no issues prior. Please HELP
