Optiplex 3000 Thin with powerbank

Hi everybody!

I have a question for you. I want to use an optiplex 3000 thin clinent as a "mobile" PC. So, I can't connect with the normal power supply. Can I connect with the 65W Dell powerbank? Or this will bring problem to the usage? Now, I am using 2 LiPo Batteries, but without the center PIN and the processor performance ain't the best.
