Hi ive dell optiplex 3020 desktop pc.
When plugged energy cable pc boots 3 times, at 3rd time its opening normal. Iam asking why pc is post 3 times is it normal?

suggest you replace cmos battery and clear cmos settings by mobo jumper. boot 3 times is cmos not quite ready for instant POST
