Just purchased from Amazon and it has blue tint? VGA cable seems fine all 15 ,pins good shape, says No VGA cable. Not sure what the deal is, please help with this issue and thank you for your time.

How does your monitor have a blue tint and say "No VGA cable?"  Have you tried any other connection methods?  Tried a different VGA cable anyway?

The 3020 is from around 2013.  Kind of an oldie.  I'd return it and get something a little newer.  Better deals on refurbs on eBay.

a blue or sometimes purple/yellow tint of video display on monitor often means the VGA cable is not properly connected at either pc or monitor side.  try connect the cable again securely on both sides without bending the connector up/down or sideways.

that would be first thing to check.

a/w brad that if no change try a different VGA cable

to r/o intrinsic monitor issue test monitor using the power on monitor logo or menu button without connected to pc.  if the monito itself is bad, the logo would have tint too.

a motherboard with VGA issue is more likely to give you blurry shaky video than the tint.
