sir mera system dell optiplex 3020 system hai jo reboot nhi ho raha hai aur na hi on ho raha hai power button light blinking karta hai aur sound karta hai. kabhi kabhi on hota hai aur kuch samay tak chalta hai phir se auto reboot hone lagta hai phir on nhi hota. please sir koi upay batayen jisse mera system thik ho sake.

Replace cmos battery with a new one
clear cmos setting via motherboard RTCRST or CMOS CLR jumper

optiplex 3020 system which is not rebooting and is not on, power button light is blinking and making sound. Sometimes it turns on and goes on for some time, then it starts auto rebooting and then it doesn't turn on again.
