3020 M does not have Display port + + so there is no audio.
Multi-mode or dual-mode DisplayPort is identified by a DP++ logo.
The 3020 DOES NOT HAVE THIS.

Oh my goodness.
If you want your Windows computer to work properly with the AVR (Amp/Receiver),
for Multi-Channel PCM and also Digital Bitstream (like DD/DTS):
You can use a simple HDMI-cable ... into the native HDMI ports on both the computer and AVR.
You even get full-HD (1080p) video. It is simple.

I've used an active DP to HDMI adapter that can do 4k@60hz and HD audio. Works fine with 4th gen Intel CPUs such as 3020/7020/9020.
The passive DP to HDMI adapter on the other hand, couldn't pass through the audio in my tests. It's video only for the adapters I have.
