Optiplex 3050 display issues
The display is setup with two monitors (one DP and one HDMI). This is what the display looks like and not sure how to fix.
Already done all DISM and SFC /scannow
Any help?

Signals interference coming from faulty, bad cable or adapter. Consider to test with different cable, adapter.

@Chino de Oro I have replaced both cables for monitors, new cables are HDMI to HDMI and DP to HDMI. All drivers are up to date.

Additional information will help to narrow down the issue and better suggestion. Which is the specific form factor of 3050 you have? Mini tower, Small form factor, Micro?
Are the cables connected directly to the back of the computer? Integrated ports or dedicated graphics card?
