OptiPlex 3050 Micro Power Button

I just started a new job with a very small company.  I was supplied with a used OptiPlex 3050 micro.  The power button needs replacement.  I find it necessary to push it 20-30 times until I am fortunate enough to get the machine to start.  The company is in no position to buy a replacement, or send it out for expensive repair.  I would like to know if this is a simple repair that I can complete myself.  I have had no luck finding any videos.  If anyone can help me an understanding of how complex this repair is and how to approach it I would be very appreciative.

Power button isn't listed. Because its soldered onto the board.

So I would say no its not something you can do.

Someone who knows computers better than I changed the set-up on my computer so that it powers up when I unplug and plug back into power.  The power button does not need to be used any more.  I agree that I would not be able to fix the button.  Thanks for the response.
