optiplex 3070 bluetooth issues

Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.

The Dell OptiPlex 3070 series includes various models such as the SFF (Small Form Factor), MT (Micro Tower), and Micro. Each model offers different features and capabilities.

Dell OptiPlex 3070 series includes various models such as the SFF (Small Form Factor), MT (Micro Tower), and Micro,each type have different part number.

Unless a person actually works for Dell and asks for your Service Tag via private message through this forum, don't give it away and don't post it publicly in this forum.  It contains private info.

I made the comment above because no one outside of Dell should ask for your Service Tag.  A service tag isn't needed to asses your exact model and recommend parts for it.  "Dellpartschina" is not a part or affiliated with Dell.
