Optiplex 3240 AIO BIos - ME FW Update Failed

Question

having problem after Bios update version 1.16.0 (latest version from DELL)

Model: OptiPlex 3240 AIO

Error code : ME FW Update Failed.

Try downgrade to previous same, same issue. Have tried all the method from online, but still having this error code.

Anyone got solution?

Tested and same, still having the same issue. Latest bios version don't really help..

According to user DSI Tanneurs, 'I fixed it with a Dell OptiPlex 3240 AIO Downgrade to BIOS 1.6.3 -- Now HECI is enabled and visible in Device Management Apply Dell Intel Management Engine Firmware Update Utility -- Now (A7) Me Downgrade - Request MeSpiLock Failed is removed Upgrade to BIOS 1.16.0 -- IME FW update works. I downloaded 3 firmware updater Corp_H , Copr_LP and Cons_H, only Cons_H was compatible  with this model. https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=ng4x1 ' I tried and it worked perfect. the first point is BIOS 1.6.3 to enable HECI, second point is using the intel ME FW update utility to update ME FW only.
