390 power supply does not support 77W I7 3770
Chipset H61 seems to.

ALL drivers are in a cab file
No guarantee the Bios microcode is up to date.
A14 seems to be the latest

You cannot jump from A00 to A14 in one step.

Hello dear DELL community !
There is an interesting phenomenon that occurs with the A14 version:
(this problem occurs only in UEFI mode, there was no such problem in Legacy BIOS mode),
given 2 data carriers:
1 SSD connected to the internal SATA port, Windows 11, with no secure boot , with VeraCrypt boot loader, and
1 external USB SSD with Windows 10 x64 22H2.
In the BIOS, I set the primary boot device, the default OS on the external SSD, so that when waking up the machine with remote Wake On LAN, the OS can boot from scratch without a password.
Then the OS booted last as F12 "One" Time boot device automatically overwrites the primary boot device permanently, instead of a one-time boot selection. I was able to leave the machine in legacy mode with the OS booted under TrueCrypt and then reboot the machine remotely from there, and the external SSD set in the BIOS would automatically boot, but now, in UEFI mode, I definitely have to boot locally to the external SSD so that I can still access it remotely after leaving the machine at home, for example, after an unexpected power outage. I ask the community to release a fixed A15 revision for this machine if possible!
But I would be even happier with an official DELL fix, considering that this definitely looks like a somewhat major bug that is easily reproducible. Just try out yourself if you don't trust me !
Thank you very much !
