Optiplex 390 - How to disable secure boot?

Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade an Optiplex 390 with an SSD. I can fit the SSD fine, but I can't get Win10 to succesfully install, either by USB or by network. When I change boot support from Legacy to UEFI in the BIOS, there are no boot options, but more crucially, there's no option to switch off secure boot or to enable network stack. I rebuilt another Dell desktop of a similar age a few weeks ago and could only get Windows to install once both of those options were set.

I've updated the BIOS to the newest version (according to the Dell website) but it looks no different.

I'm trying to install Win10 Edu 1909 or 2004. Can anyone help?

The OptiPlex 390 and the OptiPlex 790 are early UEFI systems. They do not have Secure Boot and Legacy ROMs are always Enabled. The OptiPlex 3010 and the OptiPlex 7010 were the first systems that had these technologies enabled in later UEFI BIOS updats.
