Optiplex 7000 RAM speed dropped
Initially my Optiplex 7000 tower is installed with 8GB RAM from SK HYNIX (HMCG66MEBUA084N). The RAM speed from BIOS is 4400MHz.
I had bought 3 more pieces of 8GB RAM from MICRON (MTC4C10163S1UC48BA1). After installed all 4 RAM, the RAM speed dropped to 2000MHz which shown in BIOS and also Windows task manager.
When I installed all 3 RAM from MICRON excluding the SK HYNIX, the RAM speed is 4000MHz in BIOS.
And then, I had tested with 3 RAM which mixing 2 RAM from MICRON and 1 RAM from SK HYNIX, the speed dropped to 2000MHz.
I also verified that each of the RAM speed is 4400MHz by installed the RAM one by one and check the RAM speed in BIOS.
So, is there really any issue if I mix the RAM from different manufacturer? Or there is possibility for any hardware faulty in my Optiplex 7000?

Some Dell's can be finicky about RAM to such an extent that they won't work at all if mfr.'s are mixed. Best bet might be to get another stick of Micron and then they're all the same.
It doesn't seem to be known, or well known for that matter, why some Dell's do that.
