Optiplex 7010 power supply upgrade

I have a optiplex 7010 DT pc. I am looking for a power supply upgrade to 500 to 700 watts. And also a video card upgrade I'm thinking a geforce gt 10 series low profile. I'm also on a small budget for the time being. But can wait to get more cash saved. The on board video is not very good to play my games, so any help is appreciated.
