Optiplex 7010 SFF 2,3 amber code after replacing cmos battery.
So like half a year ago I have started getting "time and date not set" errors. It wasn't a big deal then because I could just re set time and date, but since I have changed boot mode from legacy to uefi (it was a few days ago) I have started getting issue. Every time I have booted the pc I had to manually set type of boot in bios. I've looked up the issue on the internet and it told me that I should replace the cmos battery. Today I've bought cr2032 battery and replaced it with the new one. After I've done it I booted up the pc and It showed me the 2, 3 amber light code. I've tried using 3 different cmos batteries and I have tried removing GPU.

That blink code, 2 and 3, refer to no RAM detected. It has nothing to do with the CMOS. The code list can be found here. Try reseating the RAM and if that does not help then try one RAM module at a time using that module in each RAM slot. Also if the RAM seems to be fine pull the CMOS battery for 15 minutes and then reinstall. Also if possible try running diagnostics, F12 immediately at boot, watching for RAM errors.

@JOcean But anyways I've cleaned the ram ports and I cleaned cmos batter port with a brush. It seems that it has resolved this problem, thanks.

It's easy to get new and old 7010's mixed up because Dell reused the 7010 number on it's most recent models. I usually figure it's the old one unless the OP specifies "new" or "Plus."
