Optiplex 7010 TPM 1.2 Bitlocker?

Greets.  I have a project to enable TPM and encrypt with BitLocker on a bunch of Optiplex 7010's and 9020's.  I'm working on 7010's this week.

I need to do this remotely, as these are deployed all over 4 domains.

I have a VBS script, and it does complete, but it does not actually do anything for some reason.  Same VBS works on other models. 

Is there a proven way to do this remotely?  VBS or not?  Prefer to not have to flash BIOS either.
