Optiplex 7050, Fallout 4/76 be playable?

Dell Optiplex 7050 SFF Intel i7-7700 4-Cores 3.60GHz 32GB DDR4 1TB SSD WiFi BT HDMI Dual Monitor Support Windows 10 Pro

Will this be acceptable to play the Fallout franchise? Fallout 4, 76, NV etc. It meets all the specifications on the Bethesda website except for the graphics card. Thats the only thing I see an issue with. Im a console guy but decided to jump into the world of PC gaming. Any input is appreciated.

As you pointed out, your OptiPlex 7050 is lacked of a discrete graphics card, which is required for gaming.  How much power of a graphics card will depend on what resolutions you want to play at.  Upgrade path will require a power supply upgrade as well.

You will need a graphics card, an Asus GTX 1650 4GB is a short card and it doesn't require a power plug, it gets it's power from the bus. I have two of them in two different desktops, and it plays Fallout 4 just fine, even on Ultra setting, but I usually have it set on High in the startup launcher settings. They are not terribly expensive either. Just look closely though because Asus has two of these that are the same except one requires a power plug for it. My monitor is a 27 inch 4K monitor, and with the card it plays in 4K just fine, but I have poor eyesight so I run it at 1920x1080 for Fallout 4.
