Optiplex 7050 MT transplant
I'm looking at transplanting the motherboard from the 7050 MT into a new case. I know that I have to get the ATX power adapter. I just need to know about the pin headers for the front panel connections, like the USB, audio (not extremely worried about that), power switch, LEDs, etc.
I saw a company that sells adapters for other models, but not the 7050. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

7050 MT motherboard uses non standard proprietary odd shape form factor which means you cannot neatly transplant it to standard ATX case. You could still try to do it but there are issues

I saw the mounted ports after i posted this. I think I can find usb cords that will convert to a standard header for the front panel.
As for mounting it in the case, the base layout is a Micro-ATX, and even the rear I/O panel is standard.
So, the only thing that I really have to deal with is the power switch & LEDs.

Is the Diag LED used as the HDD indicator? If not, where would the connector be on the motherboard?

The HDD LED is integrated on proprietary motherboard. it is meant to show HDD activity. Diagnostic LED is built in power switch button.
