Dell 6 pin is effectively 8 pin because all three 12V pins are wired in this psu.  you can use a Dell straight 6 to 8 pin adapter cable for RTX 4000.

this is a very commonly used adapter cable in Dell factory.  my XPS has this to power a HD4870x2 while my Dell psu has 6 pins only.

you can use the Dell oem 360w psu compatible with 7070.  K38XP 360w

basic online psu calculator based on a same 160w TDP and turing architecture card Nvidia geforce RTX 2060.  Load wattage is the max system may consume in typical real world scenario.  the calcalator assumes spinning hdd and dvd are used.

Load Wattage:344 W
Recommended PSU Wattage:394 W

if no spinning hdd and dvd used, more power efficient

Load Wattage:306 W
Recommended PSU Wattage:356 W

Thanks, however that PSU looks to have a 6 pin connector for the GPU, but the card I have needs an 8 pin

Thank you, I was not aware that would work. This is exactly what I needed.
