OptiPlex 7090 Tower, Nvidia RTX graphics card?

Friends, Sorry I do not know whether I can mention the following request in this community, please don't mind.

I am from Bharat (India),  a passionate musician, making music videos and using NVIDEA 1050 ti for long. I wish to use NVIDEA Studio Omniverse which needs any RTX graphics Card. Any graphic card in India is very very costly since there are severe restrictions of importing electronic items from China.  If anyone can spare any model RTX  Card old, used one at a reasonable price I shall be very thankful. Sorry for mentioning this here. This will be the first and last time.
