Optiplex 7450 AIO, testing the power supply?
How can I test this power supply? It has 16 pins, so I'm assuming the testers out there with the 20 + 4 connectors wouldn't work? Its been getting the actual replacement & that hasn't helped my situation, so I wanted to test the original, as well as the replacement to see if my problem lies elsewhere.

Well that is kinda sad as I'm a firm believer in those "PC Power Supply" Tester that test the conventional SMPS.
There are some "converter cables" out there that convert conventional power-supplies over to Dell's motherboards (nowdays, often proprietary again) pinouts, but I think those "go the other way".
I'm guessing it's not modular, so no help there. You might just have to "fake it out" to make it think it's hooked-up to a good motherboard, and just test each voltage yourself with a DMM.
