Optiplex 755, Windows 10
I tried to update my bios and a message pops up and says “flash access denied” and says “please make sure you are logged in as an administrator and re-start the application by right clicking on the icon and selecting run elevated”. What do I need to do??????please help

If the BIOS update file is on your desktop, instead of double clicking on it, right click on it once. Then, from the menu that should now have opened, left click once on Run as administrator. The BIOS update should now install. If it doesn't, let us know what happens.
