Optiplex 760 cant stand by
Dell optiplex 760 want to start and the orange light on the power button are work
the number 1.2 are work
I changed the power supply and the same proplem
What can i do??

If I understand your post correctly, the power button is amber and the 1 and 2 are lit..correct? If so that indicates a possible motherboard problem. Disconnect everything from the board such as video card, drives, etc. until only the PSU cables are connected. If the system boots then add the peripherals one at a time and after adding each one try to boot. If the system fails to boot with all of the peripherals disconnected then you probably have a bad motherboard.

Solid amber power button = dead motherboard
Blinking Amber power button = bad or incompatible power supply.
