Cause i'm going to upgrade to Q6600 which has 105W TDP and i have JY385 heatsink which is currently installed

Current heatsink should be fine. I see various online sellers are selling various sizes of the 780 with the Q6600. This is though Dell never validated the Q6600 for the 780. https://www.dell.com/community/Optiplex-Desktops/780-Q6600-CPU-will-it-work/td-p/6176066
May be instead of worrying about buying a CPU and a heatsink, just go with a 95w CPU. Optiplex 780 Tech Guide
