Dell computers are fussy about memory. That Amazon seller's ram might not work. Stick to Crucial for ram for Dell computers. The max ram is 16gb. Remember your model computer is 9 yrs old.

That ram on Amazon is sold by unknown seller. Amazon is not the seller. Amazon is a marketplace now like Ebay.

You don't have all those diff models. The specs you mentioned are for all 4 of the Optiplex models. See the pictures to figure out which one you have. Click on the spec sheet.

Im seeing ram on this page that says DDR3L 1600 UDIMM but the specs say only DIMM and only DDR3 and im assuming 1600 is the mghz but my specs say 1333 MHz.

The only memory that will work in Dell computers is genuine dell memory, or sometimes Crucial brand ... if you are lucky.

Dell is very very picky about memory. Only certain brands work! It's designed that way.

My own 790 SFF works with 32 GB of Kingston ValueRAM DDR3 memory.
