Optiplex 9010 speaker output volume extremely low
Speakers are fully functional, tried them on my dell inspiron and everything works like a charm.
Regarding my Optiplex, I downloaded drivers from Dell Support, Realtek HD Audio, installed, but sound is extremely low, almost non hearable.
I tried everything I could think of, but nothing happens.

Due to a forum issue I can't see the pictures you posted. All I see is triangles.
However, which specific version of the 9010 do you have? That should be included on any initial post. There are several versions of the 9010 including an "All in One" model.
Back to the audio. Have you tried both the rear I/O panel line out (speaker) jack and the front panel headphone jacks?
Was this purchased as a refurbished system from some outlet? OptiPlex systems are mainly used by commercial businesses and who knows what condition they really are in or if it was fully refurbished.

Good troubleshooting.
If it's truly that low, sounds like it's on the wrong device and you are just hearing analog cross-talk.
Is this Windows-7 or Windows-10/64bit ?

1. Probably not. Now-days, analog sound-cards output the same power whether it's headphones or desktop speakers. It's enough for good sound either way (although desktops speakers usually have some kind of amp as well).
2. Good. Try uninstalling all audio software and driver-suites. Also, audio devices from Device Manager. Working Windows-10 64bit drivers should load from Windows-Update (or local Win-10 driver-cache).

It seems as speakers were mistaken for headphones, as if you would connect headphones and leave them aside with the audio being played...
It is Windows 10 64bit.
I don't know which version of Optiplex it is, I bought it used from a local salesman.
It runs on I5 3470, 8GB DDR3 and GT1030 GPU.
