optiplex 9020 booting issue
I connected the sata cables to the ssd and have a bootable windows 10 iso flash drive connected to the optiplex 9020 while booting up. I sprayed everything down with air compressor a day before and now I get a weird screen with a bunch of random dots showing up. before it would say "bootable drive not detected" before i installed the ssd. any help is appreciated thank you.

When you boot the system are you tapping F12 and then choosing the USB drive as the boot drive? Also using an air compressor, make sure that all cables and components are secure. Such as RAM, video card, CPU cooler, cables to SSD and MB, etc.
