Optiplex 9020/7020 front IO
9020/7020 Dell took a half step towards proprietary
MT/SFF board is still microATX
but board uses proprietary 8 pin ATX12VO nonstandard pinout
no more DT, but MT SFF and USFF
MT front IO header appears to use the same 19 pin as 9010
SFF front panel 5 pin, front audio separate 11 pin
USFF front panel 13 pin, front audio separate 9 pin

Incidentally note that MT SATA power socket is 5 pin, whereas SFF SATA power socket is 6 pin. The corresponding cables are not compatible.
