System is too old -- not worth the upgrade, even if it were possible (it is not).
Start with a min of the 5060 series -- or better, the 5090 (11th gen CPU).
You can easily find used 5090s from about $250, and will have full windows 11 support that can't be added to your existing system.

WiFi is easy. just get a 10 USD USB dongle. Plug n Play in Win 10/11.
If the purpose to get TPM2.0 is to play BO7 or Win 11, the latter can be done without TPM2.0.
