Optiplex 9030 AIO, no display
Machine has been unplugged for 2-3 days we just today set up the computer today and it won't start up (the screen just stays black) but the power button is white and you can hear it running. Outlets work. Model W09C. HELP

Plug a USB keyboard into a rear USB port
Turn on and press F2 to enter the setup. What happens?

I had a 9030 aio go black screen of death on me
The following worked.
Unplug everything and the power a few times. Hit the discharge button on the back a few times and hold for a few seconds. Then turn on the machine while nothing is plugged in other than power. You will get a keyboard message but after that you can plug everything back in and be good to go
