Optiplex 980
Packed my tower up moved and unpacked and set it up. It will not boot. Has amber solid lights 2 & 4. I read manual and it says to replace graphics card. I did that. Read to change out battery. Did that still not coming on. I can’t afford to buy a new one so I need to figure this out.

Will the system power up without a video card at all (i.e., should default to the on-GPU integrated video)?
You will need to connect the monitor directly to the mainboard video port to test.

try clear cmos settings by using motherboard RCTRST jumper. the lights code are not reliable.
