Optiplex Micro 7020

I have an optiplex Micro 7020 that I am trying to set up for an end user. It is new out of the box and Windows seems to be corrupt on it. The ethernet adapter will not remain enabled and when I try to ping an ip on it, it says General Failure. I am trying to reimage it from a usb, but it can't locate the driver. I am fairly certain I need to load the driver from a 2nd usb, but I am not sure what driver I need to load for this model computer. If anyone can help with identifying the driver I need, I can download it from the Dell site.
