As far as I can tell, it should work fine! It's a weak card by modern standards, meant specifically for more workstation focused capabilities, but it's definitely better than the built in Intel graphics. It's also low power so, I don't think you should worry about power consumption with the stock power supply either. Keep in mind, it's pretty weak by modern standards but if you're just doing general browsing and multitasking, it'll work!

"Is this card better than the two display ports on the PC?" I'm not 100% sure what you're but i'll try my best to give you my opinion. Maybe you're asking if it's better to plug the monitor into the graphics card versus the motherboards in-built display ports to which I say, 100% the graphics card, it's an improvement over the in-built original graphics your PC came with. Or are you asking which display port should you use on the graphics card itself? If you are asking that, then I say, as far as I can tell, it doesn't matter which port you use.
