Optiplex XE family

Does Dell still sell the Optiplex XE family? The links on the Dell.com seem to be broken.

We are looking for small PC that can be used to control pieces of machinery, factory lines, etc.

We have been using Optiplex family, but the 5040, 5040, 5090, and this. year 5000 keep changing annually.

We need something that is stable for at least 3 years.
