PC Upgrade
I am looking to upgrade my system with an i7-2600 as well with a AMD Radeon RX580 8GB Graphics card? my system is the dell optiplex 3010, with a 1155 LGA socket type. WIll this be okay and compatible?

The RX 580 requires a 450W PSU which is far above the PSU in your system. Also the i7 draws more power (95W) than the i5 or i3 so it may not function in your system. Personally considering the age of your system and upgrading to a Gen 2 CPU, I would say use the money to update to a much newer system.

If OP has 3010 MT then RX580 is possible upgrade option.
concur w JOcean that psu upgrade is prerequisite for RX580.
