I was adding a new hard drive to my computer when I totally forgot to unplug the power cable. As I was installing my new hard drive the PSU turned on and supplied power to my GPU and other parts of my motherboard now when I go to boot up it the power button will flash and the computer will not turn on. However the PSU is running and my GPU is spinning. Anyone know what may be the issue?
