power issues
shalawam all , i have two Dell optiplex 3050,3060 model and i upgraded with big psu 24 pin , and made my own 24 pin to 6 pin adapter it works 100% on 3060 no issues but on 3050 it powers on then shurt down and never comes on ,but i return original it works
is the any one can advice what might be a problem , i mean all use same psu with same watts on 6 pin but this 3050 drive crazy

not sure about the Superchannel 24 pin psu you are using but I suggest using a good name brand psu.
also try using a professionally made 24 to 6 pin adapter, although it seems your hand made one should work in theory.
this still does not explain why the same 24 pin psu and same 24 to 6 pin adapter works for 3060 but not 3050. according to your report the original 3050 psu still works. I would try replace 3050 cmos battery w a brand new one and clear cmos settings.

thank you all actualy the was nothing wrong about the 3050 board and atx adapter 24 pin to 6 pin that i made is just that the psu i was testing with has issues because when change and using different psu the 3050 worked 100%

I am not working for Dell but i am a user and dell machines has been my favourite from its establishment till this day

sample on the image mine might not look nice like the other one but it works 100% same as for those of professional
