Problems with optiplex 960

Question

I put in a new graphics card, some more ram I surged from other computers and started it up. It lit up, seemed to be working fine (it was in bios), and started doing some memory testing. There was a text down below it to pres ESC to quit memory testing and either the gpu or the computer is bricked now (mabye both). It starts up, black screen, goes through some error lights (12, 23, 13, which I suppose is just testing) and ends up at 123, blue light switch and 2 short beeps. I do have another graphics card which 'works' (drivers don't want to work wit it, as it's an ex-mining rx470), but it doesn't fit, as it's too long. I will give an update if I can make the gpu fit and if it works. I might just flash a new VBIOS on that new gpu that's in it and see if it works.

Hi Can you revert to the previous/original setup and get a stable working machine? Then add in the un-named graphics card, and see if a boot and stability can be achieved. etc etc.
