PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable. PXE-M0F: Exiting Intel Boot Age

Hello i Just  Bought this Dell PC Optiplex 9020 off form Ebay , Now when i booted this said Computer  i have received an Error massage On my Computer Screen  Quote

How can i Fix this ?

That just means it can't find a bootable disk so it's trying the network instead (not what you want).

Install a 100% working SATA-HDD or (preferably) SSD and then clean install Windows-10 64bit.

your bios is set wrong,  or RTC coin cell battery went DEAD as most do, after 5-7 years and that scrambles the NVRAM and BIOS goes NUTz.... test the battery , first.  on all PCs this old or older... 1st things 1st, see?

in the PC BIOS turn PXE off, in the BIOS Network NIC sections..

power on hammer F2, see , BIOS screens there.  posted her 1000s of times on PXE and all BIOS wrong isssues.

then set HDD 0 to boot first there in boot order BIOS

if the HDD is not bad or OS corrupted it boots..
